🎯 Tujuan Pembelajaran

Setelah mengikuti pembelajaran, siswa mampu:

1. Menjelaskan fungsi dan aturan penggunaan Simple Present Tense.
2. Membuat kalimat positif, negatif, dan interogatif dengan Simple Present Tense.
3. Menggunakan Simple Present Tense untuk mendeskripsikan rutinitas sehari-hari dengan benar.

📝 Materi Ajar

1. Pengertian

Simple Present Tense digunakan untuk menyatakan:

• Kebiasaan (habit) → I go to school every day.
• Fakta umum (general truth) → The sun rises in the east.
• Rutinitas (daily activities) → She reads a book every night.

2. Pola Kalimat

• Positive (+) : S + V1 (+ s/es untuk he, she, it) + O
  • I play football.
  • She plays football.
• Negative (–) : S + do/does + not + V1 + O
  • I do not play football.
  • She does not play football.
• Interrogative (?) : Do/Does + S + V1 + O?
  • Do you play football?
  • Does she play football?

3. Catatan Penting

• Tambahkan –s/es pada kata kerja jika subjek he, she, it.
  Contoh: She watches TV / He goes to school.

🏫 Langkah Kegiatan Pembelajaran (30 menit)

1. Pendahuluan (5 menit)

• Guru menyapa siswa dan menanyakan rutinitas mereka:
  "What do you usually do in the morning?"
• Mengaitkan dengan topik Simple Present Tense.

2. Kegiatan Inti (20 menit)

• Guru menjelaskan pola kalimat Simple Present Tense (10 menit).
• Siswa diberi contoh kalimat dan mencoba membuat sendiri.
• Latihan soal individu dan diskusi.

3. Penutup (5 menit)

• Guru memberikan umpan balik.
• Menyimpulkan materi.
• Memberikan motivasi untuk praktik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
